the war in Ukraine
Russia's invasion of Ukraine means that a full-scale war is now raging in Europe. Malmö University has a number of leading experts on Russia, post-Soviet states, and the current security situation. RUCARR is a research platform concentrating on Russia and the Caucasus. We also have researchers who focus on issues relating to asylum and migration at the research centre MIM.

"Unissued Diplomas" is a worldwide exhibition that honours the memory of Ukrainian students who will never graduate because their lives were taken by the Russian full-scale invasion that started on 24 February, 2022.
