Presentation
I am an Associate Professor in Development Studies at Malmö University teaching in our blended learning online MA program in Communication for Development which was established in 2000. My research focuses on digital development communication topics, humanitarianism, changing professionalism in the aid industry and aid worker (auto)biographies as a new literary genre. I co-direct the Global Europe & International Cooperation (GEIC) research group at the Centre for Modern European Studies (CEMES). My blog Aidnography focuses on popular (re)presentations of development and contemporary debates in the aid industry.
