Welcome to the professorial inauguration lecture of Marwa Dabaieh!

The title of the lecture is 'Feather Light Architecture: Leaving No One Behind'.

This lecture will explore Marwa Dabaieh's research journey in sustainable architecture, focusing on creating spaces that serve society by prioritising inclusivity, sustainability, and climate-conscious design. She will discuss the concept of 'Feather Light Architecture', which embodies the idea of designing with minimal environmental impact while maximising social benefit.

The lecture will highlight the importance of working with people, for people, by people, and to the people, showcasing how architecture can directly and indirectly contribute to more just societies. She will also address the challenges and insights gained from adopting a human-centered approach in her work.
